Hey, y’all! We’re Siddharth and Manavi, the creators of this blog. We want to help you break out of this vicious cycle of dieting and weight loss preached by the health and wellness industry, and take control of your health.  

We’re not health experts, not by a long shot. But we firmly believe that every person is unique and thus have their own unique path to achieving their health goals. 

When you say it out loud, it seems stupidly obvious. Yet, the health industry ignores it every time they come out with a one-size-fits-all health solution.  

That’s the reason we started this blog.

There’s no shortage of health advice on the internet, and there is no shortage of passionate advice-givers either. The only problem is that most people who give advice on the internet tend to be very close-minded.

They only advocate what worked for them and are not open to trying anything that is different from their own belief. You might have followed health advice given by someone like this in the past, which is why you could relate to the points mentioned above.

This happens to everyone from time to time. Trust me, it was not your fault.

What you need to understand is that it’s not really their fault either. They were simply telling you what worked for them, hoping that it would work for you too.

The most common misconception you’ll hear is that losing weight is a very time consuming process and you’ll need to spend countless hours prepping meals in the kitchen and working out in the gym.

This would lead you to believe that you cannot lose weight if you are working and have kids. But this belief is not true at all. Staying healthy and losing weight requires dedication, not time.

Many women have gotten into the best shape of their lives after having a baby and while working full-time jobs. If they can do it, YOU can do it too. The key is to maintain a perfect balance between your work-life and health.

The point I’m trying to make is that the only reason misconceptions such as these exist is because people believe what worked for one person will work for everyone else too.

In reality, the one-size-fits-all approach rarely works when it comes to diets and exercises. Often, it can cause more harm than good.

What we really need when it comes to anything health and wellness related is a different-size-for-every-single-person solution.
